Thank g-d the job worked out. I gave a little bit more hours. I know what you think but my husband is a great father and between both us my son will get the time he needs. My next dillema how to toilet train. My son is almost 3 he must be trained. Any ideas

My 5 year old is still not fully trained but I have lots of ideas. Always positive reinforcement. Give candy or sticker each time he makes. You could email me for more ideas.

Don't feel guilty about leaving your child as long as you leave them in loving hands, just give enough attention when you are home (speaking from the perspective of someone who grew up with late working parents).
As for toilet training, I have no experience, and can just wish you lots of luck!

My daughter is almost 5 and we never really trained her. About a year ago she just tired of diapers and went to the potty.
